If you’ve had to go gluten free you might miss that guilty pleasure of a package of instant ramen. Instant ramen might not be the most healthy meal, but sometimes you just need that little spot of comfort food.
This recipe is for an chicken instant ramen very similar to the Top Ramen chicken ramen. And it’s almost as easy!
There are just 3 ingredients that you need to get. A gluten free instant ramen noodle.
- I used the Lotus brand brown rice instant ramen noodle. (Are there other options out there? let me know in the comments. )
- A gluten free chicken base. I found this Lee Kum Kee Premium Bouillon at my local asian market. It’s gluten free and quite tasty.
- Just a dash of curry powder to get just the right flavor.
You basically just need to put those ingredients together and wham bam be transported right back to those instant ramen days!
