3 min Easy savory tofu side dish.

Korean style soft tofu on a plate. A spoon is slicing off a piece.

This week I wanted to create an easy and flavor full low carb, keto friendly, vegetarian meal and gluten free. (Maybe I put to many constraints on myself)

I came up with these absolutely delicious Korean inspired zucchini noodles, but I felt like that wasn’t quite a meal on its own. I saw several recipes for Korean style soft tofu and decided to give it a try. It’s an absolute winner and it comes together in no time!

To keep this recipe gluten free I used Tamari sauce, but feel free to use soy sauce if your system is ok with gluten.

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Korean chili flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 green onion finely chopped

Directions

  • Put the Tamari sauce, chili flakes, sesame oil minced garlic and chopped green onions in a bowl. Mix well.
